On Wednesday 21st May, we celebrated National Simultaneous Storytime. Schools across Australia and New Zealand get together and read the same book at the same time. This year the book was ‘Truck Cat’ by Deborah Frenkel.  This book is about cats and humans, immigration and identity, and homes lost and found. The Truck Cat is the perfect book to inspire kindness and compassion in young children everywhere.
