CONSENT FOR THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS, DIGITAL IMAGES OR RECORDINGS

The school needs to obtain specific consent before taking photographs, digital images or recordings of an individual student for a particular learning or care reasons.  Parents/carers are asked to return the consent form to their child's classroom teacher as soon as possible.  These forms will be sent home with each child on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
